Misrepresentation of age or identity constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or permanent loss of access. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing access to adult content.

Content Upload Requirements

• Uploaders must ensure that all individuals depicted in content are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority).
• Uploaders are responsible for maintaining appropriate records confirming the age and consent of all depicted individuals.
• RedGIFs may require documented proof of age and consent if concerns arise about specific content.

Jurisdictional Compliance

RedGIFs implements age verification measures where required by law. Our approach is jurisdiction-specific:

• United States – Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements and state-level age verification laws where they apply.
• European Union – Compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and any Member State laws requiring age verification or access restrictions for adult material
• United Kingdom – Compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023 and the Ofcom Protection of Children Codes of Practice, which require “highly effective” age assurance for adult content. RedGIFs has completed the required risk assessment and applies robust age verification controls in the UK market.
• Other Jurisdictions – Where local law requires age verification, RedGIFs complies with those requirements. If compliance is not legally or technically feasible, access to RedGIFs may be restricted in that jurisdiction.

Continuous Review

RedGIFs regularly reviews and updates its age verification practices to reflect evolving laws, technological advances, and industry best practices.
