Anti-Human Trafficking, Anti-Sex Trafficking, and Anti-Prostitution Policy Follow

Policy Statement
RedGIFs maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, and prostitution. Any use of our platform to promote, facilitate, or profit from such activity is strictly prohibited.
Scope
This Policy applies to all users of RedGIFs, including uploaders, viewers, and any third parties who access or interact with our services. It covers all content hosted, shared, or transmitted through the platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are expressly prohibited on RedGIFs:
- Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or forced labor.
- Content that offers or solicits sexual services in exchange for money or other value.
- Content that depicts or encourages sexual activity without full, informed, and verifiable consent of all participants.
- Content involving minors (any person under 18 years of age), including simulated or “age-play” depictions.
- Attempts to use RedGIFs for recruitment, advertising, or coordination of prostitution or commercial sex acts.
Reporting Mechanisms
We encourage users, organizations, and authorities to promptly report any suspected violations. Reports may be submitted through:
- The in-platform reporting tool available on every video and profile.
- Email to support@redgifs.com.
- Law enforcement or NGO referrals.
Enforcement Actions
Upon receiving a report, RedGIFs will:
- Investigate promptly and remove or disable access to any content reasonably believed to violate this Policy.
- Suspend or permanently ban user accounts involved.
- Refer cases to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, and relevant anti-trafficking organizations as appropriate.
Cooperation with Authorities
RedGIFs fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and NGOs in the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking and sex trafficking offenses. We will provide available records and data as legally required.
Compliance Framework
This Policy is adopted in accordance with:
- The U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).
- The Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA).
- The Digital Services Act (EU) and other applicable international laws.

RedGIFs reviews and updates this Policy regularly to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements and industry best practices in combating trafficking and exploitation.
